If it hasn\u2019t been formed yet, <em>then you\u2019ll need to form your board now<\/em>, even if it only consists of 3-4 officers (<em>Hint<\/em>: Usually you\u2019ll at least want a president, a vice-president, a secretary and a treasurer or a secretary\/treasurer, and the IRS suggests that your officers are not related, nor should officers live in the same household.<\/p><p>Additionally, the IRS would like to see all your BOD officers\/directors living within the area in which you will be providing services\u2026not in another state. (By the way, when the IRS \u201c<em>suggests<\/em>\u201d something, it usually means that\u2019s the way they want it; so basically, your officers should not be related, nor should they live in the same household, nor should they live in a different state! <strong>So what we\u2019re saying here is that when forming your board, please do not include persons who are related and\/or living in the same household!<\/strong>)<\/p><p>Please answer the questions below.
