Search by the grant application name.\u00a0 Additional information on how to apply for a grant is available on the Applying for a Grant page.<\/p><p><b>Application Designation and Certification (ADC) Form<\/b><\/p><p>The Application Designation and Certification (ADC) form must be submitted before the grant application is available in eGrants. To access the ADC, log into TEAL and select eGrants as the application.
