(STTR) BAA 21.C<\/p><p><b>\u00a0IMPORTANT DATES:<\/b><\/p><p>\u2022 September 21, 2021: BAA opens, begin submitting proposals in DSIP<\/p><p>\u2022 October 7, 2021: Topic Q&amp;A closes to new questions at 12:00 p.m. ET<\/p><p>\u2022 October 21, 2021: BAA closes, full proposals must be certified and submitted in DSIP no later than 12:00 p.m. ET<\/p><p>The instructions and topics for these
