Until now, you&#8217;ve done it all: contacted local schools or community centers, worked with people in need, and paid for it all out of your own pocket. It&#8217;s gotten to be a lot of work and expensive &#8212; especially in today&#8217;s world!<\/p><p>You&#8217;re special though: you realize people in your community desperately need the services you provide&#8230;but you just can&#8217;t keep doing all of the work on your own, much less continue to support your efforts financially.<\/p><p>It&#8217;s worth considering nonprofit organizations help make our communities thrive, and without them, potential clients who&#8217;ve fallen on hard times might struggle to make ends meet.<\/p><p>If this sounds like you, then you should consider forming a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization, otherwise you might have to discontinue your efforts, and that would be a loss to your community!<\/p><p>Your community and your neighbors? They&#8217;re worth all the effort you&#8217;ve given. Rather than giving up, it&#8217;s probably time to look in to forming a nonprofit, tax-exempt start-up organization. Such an organization will enable you to find others in your community who are like-minded, and who also want to help, but maybe they just didn&#8217;t know how to get started.
