Application Designation and Certification (ADC) Form: The Application Designation and Certification (ADC) form must be submitted before the grant application is available in eGrants. To access the ADC, log into TEAL and select eGrants as the application. Once in eGrants, click on Grants on the menu bar.

Application Due Date: Eligible applicants must apply through the eGrants system by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, November 16, 2021.
