If you’re getting ready to start your Nonprofit Corporation/Organization, and are not quite ready to file your Articles of Incorporation, or you’ve filed them but forgot to get your By-Laws prepared and need to get them done FAST…then this is the best option for you!

Just answer a few simple questions and we’ll take care getting a basic set of BY-LAWS set up for your nonprofit. We’ll also include your application to obtain the organization’s Federal Employer Identification Number (commonly referred to as the EIN), as well. Please note: There is usually no need to file your By-Laws with the state, so fortunately…no filing fee!
